Tour Praha Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
By partnering with Tour Praha, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the listing, promotion, and execution of your tours on our platform. These terms are designed to ensure a high-quality experience for travelers and a fair, transparent relationship between Tour Praha and our tour operator partners.
2. Eligibility and Registration
- 2.1 You must be a legally registered business authorized to operate tours in the Czech Republic.
- 2.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
- 2.3 Tour Praha reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
3. Tour Listings
- 3.1 You are responsible for providing detailed and accurate descriptions of your tours, including itineraries, pricing, availability, and any restrictions.
- 3.2 All promotional materials, including images and videos, must be owned by you or licensed for your use.
- 3.3 Tour Praha reserves the right to edit or remove listings that do not meet our quality standards or violate these Terms and Conditions.
4. Booking and Payments
- 4.1 Tour Praha will facilitate bookings and collect payments from customers on your behalf.
- 4.2 A commission of 9% will be deducted from each booking. The remaining amount will be remitted to you on a 30 days basis.
- 4.3 You agree to honor all bookings made through Tour Praha and to provide the services as described in your listings.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- 5.1 You must clearly outline your cancellation and refund policies in your tour listings.
- 5.2 In the event of a cancellation initiated by you, you agree to provide a full refund to the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
- 5.3 Tour Praha reserves the right to issue refunds to customers in accordance with our customer service policies, which may affect your payouts.
6. Customer Experience and Conduct
- 6.1 You are responsible for ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience for all customers.
- 6.2 You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- 6.3 Any complaints or issues raised by customers must be addressed promptly and professionally.
7. Insurance and Liability
- 7.1 You are required to maintain adequate liability insurance coverage for your tours and activities.
- 7.2 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tour Praha from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your services.
- 7.3 Tour Praha is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your tours.
8. Compliance and Legal Obligations
- 8.1 You must obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals required to operate your tours.
- 8.2 You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
9. Termination
- 9.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with [Insert Notice Period] written notice.
- 9.2 Tour Praha reserves the right to suspend or terminate your listings immediately in cases of misconduct, legal violations, or breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Confidentiality
- 10.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this partnership.
11. Amendments
- 11.1 Tour Praha reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
- 12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Prague.
Standard Cancellation & Refund Policies for Tour Operators
🟢 Flexible Policy
Best for casual tours with frequent availability.
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour.
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.
- Travellers may reschedule once with at least 12 hours’ notice.
🟡 Moderate Policy
Ideal for limited-group experiences or speciality tours.
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 24–72 hours before the tour.
- No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows.
- Rescheduling allowed with 48+ hours’ notice, subject to availability.
🔴 Strict Policy
Recommended for tours with limited spots, up-front costs, or prepaid vendors.
- Full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour.
- No refund for cancellations made within 7 days or for no-shows.
- Rescheduling not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
⚫ Non-Refundable Policy
For high-demand or exclusive tours.
- All bookings are final and non-refundable.
- No rescheduling or transfer of tickets allowed.
- Only used for premium or limited-capacity experiences.
By listing your tours with Tour Praha, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
