1. Booking Agreement

  • 1.2 Tour Praha acts as an intermediary to facilitate the booking but is not the provider of the tour itself.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • 2.1 All prices listed on Tour Praha are inclusive of taxes and service fees unless otherwise noted.
  • 2.2 Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • 3.1 Each tour operator has their own cancellation policy, which will be clearly stated on the tour listing.
  • 3.2 If you cancel a booking, any applicable refunds will follow the specific operator’s policy.
  • 3.3 If a tour is canceled by the operator (due to weather, safety, or unforeseen issues), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

4. Changes and No-Shows

  • 4.1 You may request a change to your booking (date, time, etc.) by contacting Tour Praha or the tour operator directly.
  • 4.2 No-shows are not eligible for refunds, except in rare cases at the operator’s discretion.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

  • 5.1 It is your responsibility to be on time, at the correct meeting point, and prepared for the activity (e.g., proper clothing, documents, tickets).
  • 5.2 You must follow the safety instructions and guidelines provided by the tour operator.
  • 5.3 Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the activity with no refund.

6. Risk and Liability

  • 6.1 Many tours involve physical activity, outdoor conditions, or interactions with third parties. By booking, you acknowledge that you accept these risks.
  • 6.2 Tour Praha is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or delays caused during the tour, including but not limited to accidents, operator negligence, acts of nature, or transportation issues.
  • 6.3 We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel and health insurance.

7. Accessibility and Special Requirements

  • 7.1 Not all tours are accessible to individuals with specific needs. Please check the tour listing or contact us before booking if you have mobility, dietary, or medical concerns.
  • 7.2 Tour Praha will do its best to connect you with operators that can accommodate your needs.

8. Personal Belongings

  • 8.1 Keep your belongings with you at all times. Tour Praha and tour operators are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. Reviews and Feedback

  • 9.1 You may leave a review after your tour, provided it reflects your honest experience.
  • 9.2 We reserve the right to remove offensive or fraudulent reviews.

10. Tour Modifications and Force Majeure

  • 10.1 Operators reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to weather, safety, or logistics.
  • 10.2 In the event of unavoidable disruptions (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions), Tour Praha and the operator will attempt to reschedule or offer a refund, but outcomes may vary depending on the situation.
