Failure to get the physical Czech Customs stamp (*razítko Celní správy*) before leaving voids your refund permanently. Follow these exact steps:
Mandatory Statutory Requirements:
- Unused Goods in Original Packaging: Czech Customs officers have the statutory right to inspect items. Do not cut tags or use items before getting stamped.
- Physical Passport: You must present your original non-EU passport (copies and driver licenses are not accepted).
- Tax-Free Form + Original Receipt: Both the printed Tax-Free form and the original store fiscal till receipt must be presented together.
